Continuous on-going investment in modern proven machinery, equipment is undertaken to further support the efficiency and quality ethos at Credo. Taking a detailed, systematic approach to all that we do, we seek to ensure that system integration is central to all our operating procedures. The factory has recently benefitted from a 2 year planning and £1/4million investment programme with the installation of a Mazak Variaxis 500-5X Series II 5 axis Machining Centre. This new manufacturing capacity, combined with 20 years programming expertise will enable Bailey-Wareham to provide complex machining and programming facilities which enable their highly-trained operators to program, machine and produce complex configurations normally associated with multiple machine operations.

This provides real time tracking of each and every material, component or product, thereby providing ultimate product quality control and key historical data. The factory layout is specifically designed to provide clear step changes at every stage of production. Each operation is closely tracked and logged on computer by fully integrated data collection. Data can be reviewed in a convenient format appropriate to costing, quality control, status, analysis or the type of information required.
